As a hop trader, the company supplies numerous breweries with high-quality hops. Cooperation with hop growers is currently still carried out in the traditional way via various channels such as telephone and email. Cultivation and harvest data is recorded by hand and there is currently no centralized, digital contract management system.
The handwritten recording of data is prone to errors and impairs traceability. In addition, the lack of centralized, digital contract management makes it difficult to manage and update contracts efficiently. These manual processes are no longer able to keep pace with the company's growth.
Development of a web platform that enables growers to efficiently manage master data, contracts, crop protection standards and past harvests. This platform is connected to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and supports digital contract conclusions via an eSignature interface to DocuSign.
